Welcome to ABroads. We are a company specialising in the recruitment of Spanish staff to work in Ireland in Crèches and pre-schools centres.
We offer an extensive recruitment programme with qualified teachers from level 6 to 9. Our recruitment process is designed to be efficient and reliable, ensuring that we match staff to the quality standards required by the demanding education sector.
We interview candidates ourselves and take care of the paperwork required to work in Ireland.

Marta Jiménez-Tuset Bernat
Founder and CEO
Marta lives between Spain and Ireland. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Seville and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has specific training such as Tekman (Ludiletras and Emat) or Jolly phonics among other qualifications as she believes that teachers have to be in continuous training and always prepared for the new changes in society.
She has more than 14 years of experience in the education sector working in different parts of the world such as the United States, Peru, Spain and Ireland.These experiences have enriched her in other cultures and have given her different visions of teaching.
She is currently working as a Manager in a Pre-School centre, so she knows the needs of the centres when it comes to hiring staff.
Apart from education, her other passion is horses, in fact her final project for her University degree was on equestrian therapies with children with special needs.

Marta Bernat Caballero
Consultant and COO
Interior Architect by profession. She lives in Spain, so she has easy access to candidates.
She has worked in different professional positions such as administration or management in Spanish companies.
She has a great strategic vision with great leadership skills and is currently dedicated one hundred percent to ABroads, supervising the company and making sure that everything is carried out correctly.
Apart from her great people skills and love for helping others, one of her hobbies is decorating and painting. Whenever the company gives her a break, she always takes the opportunity to make a bouquet of flowers or paint a picture.

HR Business Partner and Community Manager.
She lives in Madrid, Spain. She has a degree of Primary Education from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and has specialised in music and therapeutic pedagogy. She also has a degree in Early Childhood Education.
She has always felt that keeping up to date with new technologies today is of vital importance for professional development.
Marta is a responsible, active and dedicated girl. She has experience in different sectors, from hospitality to education, a sector in which she has been working for more than 4 years as a teacher and educator. She is a girl with a great facility to deal with people, she is empathetic, resolute and always ready to help in any way she can. She defines herself as a restless person with great ambitions.
As for her hobbies, she loves travelling, a good book, gastronomy, long walks in the countryside and being surrounded by friends.
Jimena O’Dare Andrada-Vanderwilde

Jimena lives in Spain although she is of Scottish origin.
She studies Interior Architecture in Madrid and prides herself on her dedication and commitment to her work. She is always looking to improve herself and seek new opportunities to grow professionally. She is constantly researching new trends and styles in the field of architecture and interior design, to offer her clients innovative and creative solutions.
