At ABroads we specialise in the recruitment and placement of permanent qualified staff from Spain to work in Ireland. We are focused on providing our clients and candidates with a close and professional service.

ABroads provides an effective way of finding you the best Spanish child care professionals. If you don’t have the time or resources to read through Spanish job applications and resumes, screen and shortlist candidates, check references and schedule first and second interviews, it makes sense to use an experienced local job agency to find staff.

We make sure all checks are up to date and each candidate has been met face to face and passed all our interview screening processes. This personable approach is the key to the development of our relationships with our clients and candidates.

Our service involves working closely with our clients to establish their individual needs and to dovetail their recruitment and compliance processes at home so that a candidate recruited from Spain goes through exactly the same process as one recruited in Ireland.

At ABroads, we are offering an extensive recruitment programme with qualified teachers from level 6 to 9. Our recruitment process is designed to be efficient and reliable, ensuring that we match staff to the quality standards required by the demanding Education sector.

We will interview candidates ourselves, being aware and responsible regarding the correct paperwork required to work in Ireland.

Our recruitment process

All our candidates must complete a candidate registration form which details their qualifications and work history. We can then ascertain immediately if they have the right requirements for the positions we are looking to fill.

Candidates then have a face to face interview with us, in both languages English and Spanish, where we will get more details about their experience and build up their profile to determine if they are the right candidate. In the interview we will check all original documents, including:

  • Proof of Identity
  • Training and qualifications
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Two references letters ( we will verify it )

If we believe the candidate suits the profile required by our client we call both referees and check all details of the references. Provided we are satisfied as to their suitability for the role we recommend the candidate to our client who has the final say as to whether they wish to employ the individual.

To give more peace of mind to the crèches, a service contract with all the terms and conditions is to be signed by both parties, ABroads and the créche when the créche decides to hire the services of the company.

Why hire Spanish staff with ABroads?

The founder and CEO of ABroads, has been dedicated to education for more than 12 years in different parts of the world such as Spain, United States, Peru and Ireland. She has worked as a room leader and currently as a Deputy Manager in a Creche in Irleland. For this reason She know what the Crèches need and what they are looking for. From her experience abroad as an employee she is aware of what the candidates need and she understand their motivations and feelings.

Along with the necessary paperwork to work in Ireland we will also provide the candidate with advice on how to find accommodation and a recommendation letter to facilitate the search for accommodation. We will also provide assistance during the acomodation search process if needed at any time, however we are not responsable for finding a house for the candidates.

The Spanish are renowned for being responsible in their jobs, for their love of children and they are very attentive and caring. In education studies in Spain we have qualified teachers with degrees from level 6 to 9.

Many Spanish childcare professionals bring an element of vivaciousness to the centre where they work and add an international element to the day to day lives of the children.

On the other hand, we give the crèches a trial period of 15 days for the candidate in the Crèche, If after the trial period you decide that the candidate is not suitable for the job or if the candidate decides to leave the job for any reason in particular, we will provide you another candidate totally free. After these 15 days you have another 15 day trial period where you can either decide to continue with this person or request a new candidate. If in that time you change the candidate this will have a cost of 50% of the service.

We always try to adapt to the needs of the crèches. If you have any suggestions or if you would like to do something differently we will always listen to you and try to do things in the best way possible to suit both your crèche and our services.
